Yerette provides free, publicly accessible network visualization and ontological mapping tools. Current offerings include:

• SONG — An interactive network graph mapping relationships within the Starlab ecosystem, accessible at song.yerette.xyz.
• CSONG — An interactive network graph mapping relationships within the Constellation Software ecosystem, accessible at csong.yerette.xyz.
• Pi Atlas — An interactive network graph mapping relationships within the Pi Network ecosystem, accessible at piatlas.yerette.xyz

These tools are provided for informational and research purposes only. Yerette makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use Yerette's services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from any Yerette property without prior written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with any Yerette service
• Use any Yerette service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Represent Yerette's data or visualizations as your own original work

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and visualizations on Yerette properties are the property of Yerette and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may share or reference our tools with attribution, but you may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

5. Donations

Yerette accepts voluntary cryptocurrency donations to support ongoing development. All donations are processed through Paymento. By making a donation, you acknowledge:

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Donations do not entitle you to any product, service, equity, or preferential treatment
• Yerette is not a registered nonprofit and donations are not tax-deductible
• Donation processing is handled by Paymento; Yerette does not collect or store any personal or financial information in connection with donations
• Paymento may collect your email address and transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policy at paymento.io/privacy-policy

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yerette's services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any data or visualization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yerette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Yerette service.

8. Third-Party Services

Yerette's services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms including Paymento (cryptocurrency donation processing) and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
